Blij Talks.
I wanted to speak about so many amazing people with normal lives and their extraordinary stories and share their motivational stories. I wanted to share everything I had learned. I wanted to reach out, and I was looking for a medium where the focus was simply on the words spoken. Radio was one such, but I wasn’t ready to be a radio host. When I researched podcasts, I realized it’s a powerful medium with great reach, and there too, the focus is on the content. I found what I want to do next after ShaansLogic, and I started Blij Talks, where I will only talk about things that have something positive, motivating, something that makes the listeners happy. Something that gives everyone a Slumdog Millionaire moment!
Most of you must be wondering "what does it mean"? Well, 'Blij' means happy in Dutch; so when put together it literary translates to happy talks. I look forward to seeing you listening to this podcast and find it interesting and I seriously hope it motivates you with these different experiences. And most importantly - bring a smile to your face and JOU BLIJ MAKEN!

I always say that there are many amazing people with normal lives but they have their own extraordinary stories. In this episode, I talk to and share experiences with retired Lieutenant Commander of the Indian Navy, Mr Pravin Tulpule. After seeking voluntary retirement from the fine service of the Indian Navy, Pravin Tulpule, a President's Gold Medal awardee, chose to become a Clown to spread happiness and joy amongst those who are deprived of the same. And then and there Happy, the Clown was born…. to meet, entertain and spread good cheer amongst patients in hospitals, children in Orphanages/ shelters and the senior citizens at the Old Age homes. He has been the "Happiness Ambassador" of a reputed Multi-National Chain. He was engaged in spreading goodwill and trust through "value-based edutainment" capsules across the length and breadth of India. The MNC (confidential) had put their Brand on his trustworthy shoulders for over twenty years. In this episode, Mr Pravin Tulpule discusses his views on happiness and how to share happiness and his motivation and journey from the Indian Navy to becoming a clown.
