Entrepreneurship.

I've always been encouraged to choose what suits me and integrate it into who I am. The idea of constantly learning and bettering myself is a guiding principle, extending even to my time spent playing games. There's a lot to pick up there—sharpening analytical thinking and applying strategic approaches, skills that go beyond just gaming. It's not directly related to gaming, but there's value in exploring it. I give it my best shot, but perfection isn't something I claim :) Business is a big passion for me, with Shark Tank being a personal favorite. For more details, you can check out my Shaans Logic page. Besides my parents, I draw inspiration from individuals like Kevin O'Leary, Ronaldo, Mark Cuban and many others. Kevin's straightforward and in-your-face style appeals to me, and I appreciate Cuban's sharp business mind. Ronaldo, often compared to Messi, stands out not only for his natural talent but also for the effort he puts into upskilling himself to greatness. That's something I aim to emulate. This page showcases some of my efforts to enhance my skills in business. It's a journey, and while I don't claim perfection, I celebrate the knowledge and effort gained. 

Junior MBA

My first exposure to formal business coaching -  The Junior MBA with Clever Harvey, generated keen interest in the workings of a business, it sharpened my business mind and helped me learn about formal entrepreneurial ventures. The course was split between three different aspects of business management - them being CEO, CMO, and CTO.

CEO - Focused learning of financial management, business management, project management, and value proposition Revenue generation models, various business models, and business planning I learned the importance of timely Decision Making and flawlessly executing those decisions. I further trained myself in Leadership, Effective communication and Problem-solving Skills

 

CMO -  Enhanced my knowledge on:

  • Marketing, business sales, and negotiation skills.

  • Emotional intelligence and networking.

  • Exploring Sales and Marketing Channels - Digital Marketing and Market Distribution

 

CTO - Enhanced my understanding of Data Analysis, digitalization of Economics, Building Minimum Viable products, Algorithms, Thunkable Production and the Importance of Consistent Innovation

Continental Cravings 

I was the Chief Technological Officer of a company founded by me and 13 peers under the guidance of the Junior Achievement Company Program. Our mission was to create a great experience of another culture, and we created a multicultural food box. We sold over 73 boxes, with revenue of $1515 and profits of $387 with an investment of $1128 - a return of 34%. In my leadership role,  I brought to the group my goal-focused approach, diligence, time management, coordination, and communication. My focus as the head of technology was to modernize and streamline the company's operations through the use of technology. My most significant achievement was the successful implementation of a comprehensive file and data management system. This system has significantly improved our ability to track and manage data received from JA and our peers, allowing us to stay connected, keep accurate records, and respond promptly to instructions. This, in turn, played a critical role in boosting our bottom line, as it has improved our overall efficiency and effectiveness.
